Throughout the evening, Moscow's missile and drone strikes have resulted in power cuts in extensive areas of the capital city, Kyiv.

Several individuals were wounded while residents in the city's east were experienced blackouts and faced interruptions to water supplies, per reports from municipal leaders.

Simultaneously, a minor was fatally injured in a distinct aerial attack in the Zaporizhzhia area in the southeastern part, as reported by regional authorities.

Russian forces has escalated attacks on electrical systems over the last fortnight, while the country's government has demanded "concrete actions" from allies to increase pressure on Russia.

"What is required is not window dressing but firm measures - from the United States, Europe and the G7 - in delivering protection systems and enforcing restrictions," mentioned in a public message.

Authorities reported that 450 drones and over thirty projectiles attacked energy facilities, describing such strikes as "strategic and deliberate" and against "critical infrastructure" as winter approaches.

Government representatives said Russia was "inflicting a massive strike" and maintenance teams were striving to fix the damage.
